You will be part of a well-respected bar & restaurant with rooms in the Vale of Glamorgan serving high-quality food, using locally sourced & seasonal produce. You will be a Chef who is passionate about all types of cuisine
Requirements

At least 12 month's experience a

Comfortable working with regularly changing menus.

Ability and willingness to learn

Enjoys working with a small but highly motivated team

Take direction from the Head Chef

Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards at all times

Passion for an exceptional customer experience

Working with the Head Chef to ensure every dish is perfect and served to spec
