Terms & Conditions

Booking

​

We are an independent venue and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our reservations team on 01446 753715 or info@theroostonrockroad.com and they will be happy to help.

​

For all restaurant reservations, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10pp fee.

​

For special events, we require a £10pp deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice.

Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.

We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. By making a reservation at The Roost on Rock Road you agree to our reservation cancellation terms. We look forward to welcoming you to The Roost on Rock Road.

Gift Vouchers

​

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this, your Gift Voucher will expire and the remaining amount will be deducted. Vouchers feature a unique number which may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. The recipient should quote the unique gift voucher number upon redemption. Photocopies will not be accepted.

 

Service charge is not included in this voucher and any additional items or outstanding balance must be settled in full at point of purchase and can be paid for using cash or Visa, American Express or Mastercard. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. Without the permission of The Roost on Rock Road, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or voucher codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or voucher codes from third parties. The Roost on Rock Road reserves the right to discontinue a voucher at any time or modify any voucher’s terms and conditions.

To make a booking and redeem your voucher, please contact The Roost via the methods visible on the website and quote the voucher number. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change and update these terms as necessary.

Gift Vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.

Bottomless Brunch

​

  • Some dishes do carry a small additional supplement charge.

  • Maximum 90 min seating. Last orders will be 15 minutes before the end of your slot.

  • Your 90 mins starts from the time of your booking. If you are late, we can't guarantee you'll be able to enjoy the full 90 mins as we may have another booking on the table after you. We definitely recommend arriving on time!

  • Whole table must participate.

  • The minimum table size for Bottomless Brunch is 2 people.

  • 18+ only. Please drink responsibly.

  • Pre booking is required.
