Sous / Junior Sous Chef
You will be part of a well-respected bar & restaurant with rooms in the Vale of Glamorgan serving high-quality food, using locally sourced & seasonal produce. You will be a Chef who is passionate about all types of cuisine
Requirements

At least 12 month's experience as a Sous/Junior Sous Chef

Comfortable working with regularly changing menus.

Able to competently manage stock

Enjoys working with a small but highly motivated team

High levels of personal motivation

Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic

Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards

Responsibilities

Take direction from the Head Chef

Stock management to deliver menu availability
-
Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards at all times

Passion for an exceptional customer experience

Working with the Head Chef to ensure every dish is perfect and served to spec
