Sous / Junior Sous Chef

You will be part of a well-respected bar & restaurant with rooms in the Vale of Glamorgan serving high-quality food, using locally sourced & seasonal produce. You will be a Chef who is passionate about all types of cuisine 


  • At least 12 month's experience as a Sous/Junior Sous Chef

  • Comfortable working with regularly changing menus.

  • Able to competently manage stock 

  • Enjoys working with a small but highly motivated team

  • High levels of personal motivation

  • Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic

  • Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards


  • Take direction from the Head Chef

  • Stock management to deliver menu availability 

  • Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards at all times

  • Passion for an exceptional customer experience

  • Working with the Head Chef to ensure every dish is perfect and served to spec

  • Use your personal ambition to continually drive standards and achieve future progression
